Biography

Jeff Deahl, owner and operator, has been in the construction business all of his life. Starting his career as a teenager working in his father and grandfathers woodworking factory he looked at life pretty simply - show up, unload boxcars of wood, and run gang rip saws to make a few bucks. Jeff used those bucks for gas and a date Saturday night with Janet (his wife of 24 years).  Jeff attended Toledo University for mechanical drawing and construction and worked on building and remodeling projects on the side. In 1978, Deahl moved to Dayton, Ohio and started building houses with a partner. For several years they framed and built lots of houses but by the middle of the 80’s with interest rates well into the double digits, they started doing more and more remodeling. Shortly thereafter Deahl’s partner cashed out and moved to the southern states. Jeff, his wife and two young sons moved to Angola and has been remodeling the finest houses in Northern Indiana every since. Jeff is an active member of the local builders association and was instrumental in starting the Remodeler’s Showcase Tour, which he’s had a project in every year. Jeff’s been the Builders Association of Northeast Indiana’s 2001 President, State Director for several years and an active board member since 1995.  Jeff also has the Certified Remodeler designation from the National Remodeler’s Industry.
